As a result of a trade on 11 May, 2012, The Mangrove Partners Fund, L.P. ("Mangrove"), a Delaware, USA limited partnership, directly owned 16,920,931 shares in the Company, or 7.37% of the Company's outstanding shares, including the voting rights attached to such shares.
