On 4 May 2012, the Company was notified by Mangrove Partners of the following shareholding:

As a result of a trade in March 30, 2012, The Mangrove Partners Fund, L.P. ("Mangrove"), a Delaware, USA limited partnership, directly owned 7,089,335 shares in the Company, or 3.09% of the Company's outstanding shares, including the voting rights attached to such shares. As a result of a further trade on April 27,2012, Mangrove's ownership interest in the Company increased to 13,270,931, or 5.78% of the Company's outstanding shares, including the voting rights attached to such shares.
