Qatar Holding LLC is the beneficial holder of 12,336,500 of the above
specified shares, equivalent to 5.38% of total voting rights. Qatar Holding
LLC is established as a limited liability company in the Qatar Financial
Centre and is licensed by the QFC Authority under Licence No. 00004.
Qatar Holding LLC is wholly-owned by the Qatar Investment Authority ("QIA").
The QIA was established by the Emiri decision 22 of 2005. It is a government
authority assigned with the task of investment and managing the State
of Qatar's reserve funds and other assets assigned to it. The QIA manages
the remaining 1,858,500 shares.
