On 22 April 2011, Weiss Asset Management LP notified JSM Indochina Limited (the "Company") that, as investment manager for Brookdale International Partners, L.P. and Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund, it has increased its share holding in the Company to 28,498,142 shares, representing 12.42% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company.

Weiss Asset Management LP's holding in the Company is held through:

Brookdale International Partners, L.P. - 19,948,700 (8.69%)

Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund - 8,549,442 (3.73%)

The shares are registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Ltd.
