Payment of INTERIM dividend

Jiasen International Holdings Limited ("Jiasen", the "Group") is pleased to announce that, on 16 November 2015, it has paid its interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2015 of 0.5p per share to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 October 2015. Payments are expected to be received by qualifying shareholders on or around 19 November 2015.

The issued share capital of the Group comprises 121,656,361 ordinary shares of US$0.10 per share.
