The Company was today notified of share transactions by the following directors:

-- Paul Allen has today acquired 153,593 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (an "Ordinary Share") in the Company from his wife (being a connected person) for nil consideration. Following this transaction, Mr Allen and his connected persons hold 1,307,794 Ordinary Shares.

-- Ian Johnson has today sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife (being a connected person) for nil consideration. Following this transaction, Mr Johnson and his connected persons hold 845,671 Ordinary Shares.
