                            Hong Kong Listing Update 
 
Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar 
cells and modules, announces that, further to its announcement dated 19 March 
2010, the Board has decided to postpone the proposed listing on the main board 
of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd ("Proposed Listing") indefinitely. 
The Board considers that the prevailing volatile economic conditions and weak 
market sentiment do not provide the right conditions for the Proposed Listing. 
Despite the difficult market conditions, we expect that our results for the 
first half of 2010 to be in line with market expectations.
