The Company announces that it has today repurchased 241,370 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 95.56 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 55,934,747 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 160,907,048.
