The Company announces that it has today repurchased 350,000 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 96.15 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 55,693,377 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 161,148,418.
