JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited has today repurchased 571,545 ordinary shares into Treasury at 89.61 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 21,168,128 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 198,461,872.
