JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited has today repurchased 471,822 ordinary shares into Treasury at 88.60 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 14,999,826 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 204,630,174.
