RESULTS OF THE AGM
JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED
26 November 2015
Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was
held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the
Ordinary Resolutions put to shareholders were passed. In addition,
three items of special business were passed which:
i) allow the Company to make market purchases of up to
32,825,623 Ordinary shares, representing 14.99% of the Company's
issued share capital as at 26 November 2015;
ii) allow the Directors of the Company to exercise all powers of
the Company to allot shares in the Company up to an aggregate
amount representing 10% of the Company's issued share capital as at
25 November 2015; and
iii) allow the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the
allotment of new ordinary shares up to an aggregate nominal amount
representing 10% of the Company's issued share capital as at 25
November 2015.

of Annual General Meeting contained in the Annual Report and
Accounts which is available for viewing at the National Storage
