JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED

FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.125p per share will be paid on 30th October 2015 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 16th October 2015. The ex-dividend date will be 15th October 2015.
