JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2015, JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited's issued share capital consists of 219,630,000 Ordinary 1 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 646,518 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30 September 2015, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited is 218,983,482.

The above figure (218,983,482) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
