The Board announces that it has today entered into a two year USD 32,000,000 Committed Multicurrency Revolving Loan Facility Agreement with Scotiabank Europe plc.

The Company may employ gearing up to a maximum of 20 per cent of the Net Asset Value at the time of borrowing. Gearing will be used to make investments consistent with the Company's investment objective and policy and for working capital purposes.
