JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED

FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.125p per share will be paid on 12(th) December 2014 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 14(th) November 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 13(th) November 2014.

The Board has agreed to pay future dividends on a quarterly basis.
