JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Ltd announces that today it issued an additional 500,000 new Ordinary shares for cash at 104.60 pence per share under its ordinary share block listing.

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 211,770,000 Ordinary shares.
