holding of Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited:  Trafalgar Asset Managers Limited 
acquired 225,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") on 8 July 2009. Following the share purchase, Trafalgar 
Asset Managers Limited has a holding of 1,190,000 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 
10.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
