Inspectron Holdings plc ("Inspectron" or the "Company")

Suspension of Dealing in Shares pending publication of
Report and Accounts

Inspectron announces that, further to the disposal of Document Solutions
International Limited ("DSI") announced on 6 July 2007, the audit of the Company
for the year ended 31 July 2007 will not be completed until after 31 January
2008, as required under the AIM Rules, as it is subject to prior completion of
the audit of DSI.

In accordance with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules, a company must send annual audited
accounts to shareholders not later than six months after the end of the
financial year to which they relate. As a result, dealings in the Company's
shares have today been suspended pending publication and despatch of the annual
report and accounts, which is expected by not later than 29 February 2008.
