Ishaan Real Estate plc ("the Company") announces that it received notification in a letter dated 15 February 2012, in accordance with Article 170 of the Company's Articles of Association, that on 14th February 2012 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited increased its interest to 7,334,266 ordinary shares representing 5.03% of the total issued and total voting share capital of the Company.
