The Company gives notice that the resolution proposed in the Notice of Meeting dated 25 January 2011 was duly passed at the General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday 17 February 2011.

A copy of the resolution changing the name of the Company to Amati VCT 2 plc has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection.
