TWELVE MONTHS REPORT & ACCOUNTS - 30 SEPTEMBER 2012

On 27 November 2012 the Company changed its Accounting Reference Date to 31 March. Consequently the Annual Report & Accounts containing audited financial statements that would have been made up for the year to 30 September 2012 will now be for the eighteen months to 31 March 2013.

Under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the United Kingdom's Financial Services Authority, substitute unaudited Report & Accounts for the twelve months to 30 September 2012 have been prepared and are attached. A copy of this Report will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do and on the Company's website at: www.ionacapital.co.uk.
