today announces that, on 7 July 2010 the Company received notification from Mr 
J.N.D. Stelzer that following a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each 
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.7p, he has increased his voting 
rights in the company to 6,350,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 
3.88% of the Company's  current issued share capital.
