The Company was informed on 7 July 2010 that, on 5 July 2010, Mike Taylor, a 
director of the Company, transferred 79,282 ordinary shares held by him to his 
SIPP at a price of 25p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 8,984,534 ordinary shares, representing approximately 22.9 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 39,150,702 ordinary shares of 
1 penny each.
