IMSG OFFER DOCUMENT PUBLISHED

International Marketing & Sales Group Limited ("IMSG") announces that its offer
document in respect of its offer to acquire the entire issued share capital of
ONE Media Holding AB (publ) ("ONE Media"), whose shares are traded on
AktieTorget, has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority
("SFSA") and by AktieTorget.

The document is now available for inspection on the respective websites of IMSG
(www.imsg.co.uk), Carnegie Investment Bank, as handling agent, (www.carnegie.se)
and ONE Media (www.onemedia.se).

The offer document as approved by AktieTorget and the SFSA will be posted to ONE
Media shareholders later this week.
