Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 53 pence per ordinary share (further to the interim dividend of 20 pence per ordinary share declared in January 2013).

The interim dividend will be paid on 8 August 2013 to the ordinary shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 12 July 2013. The ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 10 July 2013.
