In Cup Plus plc ("In Cup Plus" or "the Company") announces that Kevin Mills, an
executive director of the Company, has resigned from the board for personal
reasons. Kevin will continue to be an active member of the board and management,
and has agreed to help with the transitional arrangements whilst working out his
3 month notice period.

The Company will be seeking to strengthen the Board by recruiting an additional
director, and expect to be able to announce a new appointment during this
period.
