Jinjing announces it does not intend to make an offer for EKF

Further to the announcement by EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc ("EKF") on 24 August 2015 regarding a possible offer by Jinjing (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Jinjing") for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of EKF, Jinjing today announces that discussions with EKF have now been terminated, and that Jinjing does not intend to make an offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of EKF.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 2.8 of the Code. As a result of this announcement, Jinjing will, except with the consent of the UK Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, be bound by the restrictions contained in Rule 2.8 of the Code.
