The semi-annual report of Himalayan Fund N.V. (the "Fund") for the period ending 30 June 2013 is now available. Copies may be obtained, free of charge, from the offices of the Fund or alternatively can be downloaded from the website of the Fund: www.himalayanfund.nl

Furthermore there has been an update to the prospectus of the Fund dated 7 June 2010. A supplementary sheet indicating all changes to the prospectus including explanations is also available on the Himalayan Fund website.
