Dealing in Company shares

Hydrogen Group, the global specialist recruitment group, announces that on 18 September 2019, the Company purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 57.5 pence per Share.

Following this dealing, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 545,521.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of share in issue and admitted to trading on AIM at the date of this announcement is as follows:
