Publication of Circular
Further to the announcement of 8 February
2013, the Company has today published a circular (the
"Circular") to Shareholders setting out details of the proposed
members' voluntary liquidation of the Company and the cancellation
of admission of the Company's shares to listing on the Official
List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock
Exchange.
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection
at:www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Expected timetable:
Suspension of the listing and trading of 7.30 a.m. on 27 June 2013
the Shares
General Meeting 11.30 a.m. on 27 June 2013
Cancellation of the listing and trading of Expected to be at
8.00 a.m. on 28 the Shares
June 2013
First cash distribution to Shareholders Expected to be on or around 15 July
2013
