HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC ("HOLLYWOOD" OR THE "COMPANY")

HOLDING IN COMPANY


In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 29 April 2008, from
Prop Trading & Investments Ltd that on 25 April they had acquired 3,866,667
ordinary shares in the company.  Prop Trading and Investments Ltd's interest in
the Company is now 7,866,667 ordinary shares in the Company (with an equal
amount of voting rights), representing approximately 15.5 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

On 29 April 2008, the Company was also notified that on 25 April 2008 Dowgate
Capital Group Plc had sold 3,866,667 ordinary shares in the Company and that its
interest was now 3,866,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
approximately 7.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.



The issued share capital of the Company is 50,666,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p
each.
