Clarificatory Statement

    HILL STATION PLC ("HILL STATION" OR THE "COMPANY")               

                         CLARIFICATORY STATEMENT                         

The Board of Hill Station announces that, following a judgement given against
the Company in the High Court arising from a claim made by Staplehurst Trading
Limited (formerly So Real Ice Company Limited), the Company is taking further
advice to clarify its legal and financial position.

In July 2007, Hill Station entered into an asset purchase agreement in relation
to the acquisition of the business of the manufacture, distribution and sale of
ice cream carried on by So Real Ice Company Limited.

A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
