              RECEIPT OF BALANCE OF FUNDS OF THE LOAN STOCK ISSUE              

Further to the announcement of 22 January 2008, the Board confirms that cleared
funds of GBP10,000 have been received from Peter Salter, a director of the
Company, in respect of Loan Stock issued on 22 January 2008.
