Notifiable Interest

The Company received notification on 30 November 2007 that GAM International
Management Limited ("GAM") had acquired a notifiable interest (pursuant to the
Company's recent placing of shares in conjunction with the admission of its
shares to trading on AIM) of 1,168,237 shares of common stock of US$0.01 par
value each ("ordinary shares"), representing 4.07% of the issued share capital
of the Company.

GAM is the discretionary investment manager for the following funds, for which
it has acquired the relevant numbers of ordinary shares set out below:-
