               SPONSOR ACCREDITATION GRANTED BY THE JSE LIMITED                

The Company is pleased to announce that Hichens, Harrison (Africa)
(Proprietary) Limited ("Hichens (Africa)"), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Hichens, has received Sponsor accreditation from the Issuer Services Division
of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the JSE Limited ("the JSE"), effective from
5 May 2008.

As a Sponsor to the JSE, Hichens (Africa) may act as Sponsor to companies
listed on the Main Board of the JSE and companies with a secondary listing on
the Alternative Exchange of the JSE ("AltX"). In addition, Hichens (Africa) may
advise listed companies as to the application and spirit of the JSE Listings
Requirements in respect of any corporate actions and continuing obligations to
be carried out by such listed companies.

Adam Wilson, Hichens' Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are delighted to be
