Result of Court Hearing

The Company is pleased to announce that the Court today approved the Cancellation of Reserves required as part of the Tender Offer, details of which were announced on Thursday 10 May 2013. The Court Order made at the Court has been filed at Companies House today.

The timetable for completion of the Tender Offer, Cancellation of Reserves, Cancellation of Admission of its Ordinary Shares to Trading on AIM and Re-registration as a Private Limited Company are set out below:
