Exercise of Options

On 6(th) June 2013, the Company was notified that on that date employees of the Company had exercised options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme at prices ranging from 10 to 47.5 pence per share in respect of an aggregate of 135,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("New Shares").

Application has been made for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM. Trading in the New Shares is expected to commence on 14(th) June 2013.

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company discloses that the total of number of ordinary shares of 10p of Hasgrove PLC in issue will be 23,854,141 with each share carrying a right to one vote. The total number of ordinary Shares is inclusive of any options exercised to date.

There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Hasgrove PLC is therefore 23,854,141.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hasgrove PLC, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
