The Company was informed by a letter dated 7 February 2006 that The Union
Discount Company of London Limited, a company wholly owned by Peter
Gyllenhammar, acquired 1,100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") in the
Company.

Following this transaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns
a total of 1,100,000 Shares (or 6.1 per cent. of the issued share capital),
representing Mr. Gyllenhammar's entire interest in the issued share capital of
the Company
