On 4 March 2011, an application was made to AIM to increase the Company's Block Scheme by an aggregate of 455,000 common shares and the increase became effective on 10 March, 2011. As of 14 March 2011, the number of common shares issuable under the Block Scheme will be 8,608,241 common shares of no par value in the Company.

As at the date of this announcement the Company has 84,222,987 common shares in issue.

As at 22 July 2004, the date of the Company's admission to AIM, the Company had an issued

share capital of 20,265,762 common shares with no par value admitted to trading on AIM.
