GMO Limited, (AIM: GMO), announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of 
the Company that was held on 20 May 2009 in Malaysia, the resolutions put to 
shareholders to approve the cancellation of admission to AIM, and to approve the 
share buy back at 0.5 pence per share, were duly passed. 
 
As a result, it is expected that the cancellation of dealings in the Company's 
shares on AIM will take effect from 8.00 a.m on 29 May 2009.
