The Directors wish to announce that the Company has posted to its shareholders notice of an extraordinary general meeting to consider placing the Company into voluntary winding up which is to be held at 10:00 am on 30 June 2011 at the Company's registered office, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3QL, Channel Islands.
