The Company today announces that Ayelet Adut-Eliav and Yair Shatz are to be
nominated for appointment to the board of the Company as non-executive
directors and as external directors under Israeli Companies Law at the AGM that
is taking place on 25 October 2006. Both Mrs Adut-Eilav and Mr Shatz have
extensive experience in finance and business development and the Company looks
forward to their contribution in the development of the Company. Full
disclosure in accordance with the AIM rules will be announced upon their
appointment.

Mrs Adut-Eilav and Mr Shatz, who are both certified public accountants, will
replace Ron Guttmann and Yael Rothschild who will not be standing for
re-election at the AGM. The board would like to thank Mr Guttmann and Ms
Rothschild for their contribution to the Company during the early stages of its
life as a public company.
