                            YEAR END TRADING UPDATE


This announcement replaces the announcement made today at 07:02 under RNS number 2595Q. 
This revised announcement includes the Group's expectation for its PBT figure.



Gatekeeper Systems Inc., ("the Group" or "Gatekeeper") the leading global
provider of intelligent shopping cart solutions, today announces that for the
full year ended 31st December 2006, Group turnover is anticipated to be at least
US$29.5m (2005: US$20.3m), PBT is to be at least US$3.3m (2005: US$2.6m) and net
income is to be at least US$2.3m (2005: US$1.9m).



Gatekeeper will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31st
December 2006 on 19th March 2007 and these results are expected to be in line
with current market expectations.
