    RECOMMENDED SHARE EXCHANGE OFFER BY GLOBAL HEALTH PARTNER AB OF GLOBAL HEALTH PARTNER PLC EXPECTED TIMETABLE OF KEY EVENTS 


    On 7 July 2008, the board of Global Health Partner plc ("GHP") announced that it had reached a decision to recommend a proposal for the
acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of GHP by a newly incorporated Swedish company ("Global Health Partner AB"
or "GHP AB"), on the basis of one GHP AB Share for each GHP Share (the "Offer"). The acquisition is to be effected by means of a scheme of
arrangement under part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 which requires the approval of GHP Scheme Shareholders and the sanction of the Court
(the "Scheme"). Notices convening the Court Meeting and the General Meeting to be held at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street,
London EC2V 7WS on 27 August 2008 at 2.00 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Court Meeting is concluded or adjourned),
respectively, are contained in the Scheme Document which was posted to shareholders on 5 August 2008. 
    The proposed scheme of arrangement involves a reduction of capital which requires the approval of GHP's Scheme Shareholders by special
resolution and the subsequent confirmation of the Court. 

    Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the Conditions to the Scheme, it is currently expected that: 
      * the date on which the Scheme sanctioning hearing will be held is 15 September 2008; 
      * the last day of dealings in, and for registration of transfers of, GHP Shares is 16 September 2008 and dealings will be suspended
from 7am on 17 September 2008; 
      * the date on which the reduction of capital court hearing is to be held is 17 September 2008; and 
      * the Scheme and related reduction of capital will become effective on 18 September 2008.

    If any of these expected dates change, GHP will give adequate notice of the change by issuing an announcement through a Regulatory
Information Service. 


    Unless the context otherwise requires, terms defined in the announcement dated 7 July 2008 have the same meaning in this announcement.
