Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director Appointments

GLOBAL HEALTH PARTNER PLC (AIM:GHP), ("GHP" or "the Company")   announces that
Urban Jansson has agreed to take on the role of Non-Executive Chairman of the
Board and also that  Dr Joachim Werr, a director of Investor Growth Capital
Europe, a 15.6% shareholder in GHP, joins the Board with immediate effect.

Mr Jansson, who joined the Board in September as independent Non-Executive
Director takes over the Chairman's responsibilities previously carried out by
Per Batelson, who is continuing in his role as Chief Executive. With the
successful establishment and development of GHP's Service Lines since its float
in August 2006, both roles have expanded in importance and the Board believes it
is an appropriate moment to separate these responsibilities in line with its
original intentions at listing.

Dr Joachim Werr, of Investor Growth Capital Europe, also joins the GHP Board as
the representative of Investor Growth Capital Europe following their acquisition
of a 15.6% interest in GHP on December 21 2007. Joachim has a medical background
and is currently a Director of Heartscape Inc. He has held no other
directorships during the last five years. Prior to joining Investor Growth
Capital Europe, Joachim was a practicing physician at Karolinska University
Hospital in Stockholm and a McKinsey consultant in the Healthcare Group. There
are no other details to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
