    Notice of results

    On 13 March 2008, the Company announced, inter alia, that it intended to release its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December
2007 on 15 May 2008. There is a requirement under the AIM Rules for the Company to report its results for this and previous periods under
International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"). 

    As a result of the significant work required by the Company to restate and present the Company's financial statements under IFRS, the
Company announces today that it will be releasing its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on Thursday 22nd May 2008. The
Board anticipates that these results will be in line with market expectations.
