The Company announces that it received notification from Noble Fund Managers
Limited ("NFM") on 16 April 2008 that, as at 8 April 2008, NFM had an interest
in 510,367 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company, representing 2.87% of the
issued share capital of the Company.



This represents the entire holding of NFM in the issued share capital of the
Company.
