                              Total voting rights



In accordance with the Transparency Directive, Greatfleet would like to notify
the market of the following:



As at the date of this announcement, the total number of ordinary shares of 2
pence each of Greatfleet in issue is 91,804,721.



There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in
the Company is therefore 91,804,721.



The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
