                                Grant of options


On 2 May 2006, the Board of the Company granted the following options over
ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company to certain Directors of
the Company, all such options being granted under the terms of the Longbridge
International plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme (the 'EMI'):

The exercise of these options is subject to the achievement of certain
performance conditions as determined by the remuneration committee.



The Board of the Company approved the granting of the above options to Stuart
Blake and Nigel Grant at the time of the acquisition by Longbridge International
of Greatfleet Limited and details of the options were initially announced on 30
November 2005.



The options granted to Stuart Blake and Nigel Grant were included in a whitewash
waiver granted by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers on the obligation of a
concert party (which includes Stuart Blake and Nigel Grant) to make a general
offer for the issued share capital of the Company under rule 9 of the City Code
on Takeovers and Mergers. The shareholders of the Company approved an ordinary
resolution in relation to the waiver at an extraordinary general meeting of the
Company on 28 December 2005.



Further details of the share options, the concert party and the waiver were
contained in the admission document published by the Company on 30 November
2005.
